Training Courses in the School Holidays
During the school holidays we run weekly RYA sail training courses using our fleet of dinghies and keelboats.
The courses cover the RYA dinghy sailing scheme, from absolute beginners all the way up to the more advanced techniques and Assistant Instructor awards.
These courses can support and extend the experience gained on the Thursday and Saturday sessions.

Course Dates 2021 (TBA)
Priority for all courses will be given to regular attendees of the Horizons Sailing Club
We can run these courses because we are accredited as an RYA Training Centre and we have qualified Instructors.
We give priority on these courses to children already attending our Saturday and Thursday Sailing Club.
We are able to run these courses in a variety of dinghies, keelboats and a catermeran.

- RYA Sailing with Spinnakers
- RYA Start Racing (Dinghies and Keelboats)
When the cadets successfully complete the course, they receive a certificate and we can all celebrate!
